Orders placed before 1pm AEST ship the same business day. Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra is usually one to three business days. Perth, Darwin and regional addresses are three to seven. Express is next business day to most metro addresses.

Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over $150. Under that it is a flat $9.95. Express is a flat $14.95 at any order value. New Zealand is a flat $19.95 and free over $250.

Send it back within 60 days, unworn, and we will exchange it or refund it. The first exchange on any order is free, including the return label. There is a fitting guide on every listing, and you can email a photo of your dog with a tape measure and the team will size it for you.

An engraved tag is made to order, so it can only be returned if the engraving does not match the proof you approved. We email a proof before anything is cut, which is the step that prevents almost every problem here.

New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the United States. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there is nothing to pay on arrival.

No leather is chew proof and we do not claim otherwise. A collar is worn, not given as a toy. If your dog chews through a collar in the first year we will replace it once at half price and talk to you about a different option.

Wipe it with a damp cloth when it gets dirty and feed it with a neutral leather balm twice a year. If it gets soaked, let it dry slowly away from direct heat. Heat is what cracks leather, not water.

Yes. All the stoneware is dishwasher safe. None of it is microwave safe.

Yes, for five years from purchase. You pay postage to us and we cover the work and the postage back. Re-stitching, buckles, bed inserts and sisal columns are all routine.

Yes, from $50 to $500, delivered by email or letterpress printed and posted at no extra charge. They are valid for three years and part redeemable.
