Shipping and returns
Everything ships from Collingwood, Melbourne. Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day go out the same day.

Returns
Sixty days from delivery, unworn and in the original packaging. The first exchange on any order is free and we send the return label. A refund back to the original payment method takes three to five business days once the parcel reaches us.
Engraved items are made to order and can only be returned if the engraving does not match the proof you approved.
Repairs
Anything we made can come back for five years. You pay postage to us, we cover the work and the postage back. Re-stitching, buckles, bed inserts and sisal columns are routine.
Lost or damaged
Every parcel is tracked and insured. If tracking stops moving for five business days, email us and we will send a replacement while the carrier investigates. That is our problem, not yours.
